大菜粥



Ingredients:
大菜
三成肉
虾米
Garlic
Ginger

Method:
Fry chopped garlic, 虾米 and 三成肉 in a little oil.
Add finely chopped 大菜 (add the stem first, followed by the leaves).
Add water and ginger and simmer for around 30min.
Add in washed rice and boil till cooked.
