Crispy Potato Wedges


1. Boil cut potatoes in water till about 70% cooked.
2. Mix (by shaking) salt, black pepper, parsley and corn flour in a container.
3. Put the boiled potatoes [from step 1] into the corn flour mixture [in step 2]. Mix well (by shaking).
4. Deep fry the potatoes till crispy.
