Tomato Egg


1. Fry (salted) beaten egg in a pan with heated oil.
2. Remove cooked egg from frying pan.

3. Heat oil and fry tomato (with skin removed and chopped) till the outer part "melts".
4. Add tomato ketchup, oyster sauce and sugar.
5. Lastly, add in the cooked egg and mix well.
