Pinoy Macaroni Fruit Salad

When my siblings and I were young, my helper Auntie Josie, used to make this really yummy Macaroni Fruits Salad for us. I can drool just thinking about it!

Having such good memories about this salad, I decided to try making (my own version) of it last night so that my sibs. and I can have a taste of it during our Family Mooncake Festival Gathering this coming Saturday!

My improvised ingredients:
1.     1 can of longan
2.     1 can of (cubed) pineapple
3.     1 can of peach (to be cut into small bite-size cubes)
4.     1 packet of nata de coco
5.     3 cups of macaroni
6.     3 small packets of dried raisins
7.     1 small can of all purpose cream
8.     5 tablespoons of condensed milk (4 may be enough! haha...)
9.     1 cup of cheddar cheese

Method:
1.     Cook macaroni (according to instructions on packet).
2.     Rinsed cooked macaroni (immediately) in tap water (to cool them down so that they get those QQ texture).
3.     In a large mixing bowl, mix ALL ingredients well together.
4.     Chill it overnight!

And... it's ready to be served!

Well, as you can see, i'm not a great cook!
So, you got to fill in any details on your own, if you are trying this recipe! Hehe... Have fun making!
