Chicken Mayo Sandwich




Ingredients:
1. Chicken breast/thigh
2. Mayonise
3. Green apple
4. Lemongrass
5. Ginger
6. Salt
7. Ice lettuce
8. Butter
9. White bread


Chicken mayo:

1. Steam chicken with lemongrass, ginger slices and a pinch of salt, until cooked.

2. Peel cooked chicken meat into thin slices.

3. Cut green apple into bitesize cuboids, and soak in salt water for awhile.

4. Mix chicken and green apple well in mayonise.


Sandwich:
1. Spread butter on bread.
2. Add chicken mayo and ice lettuce.

Soup Bases

1. Dried mushrooms
2. Dried scallops

Soak mushrooms and scallops in water for about 1 hour. Bring the water to boil and simmer for 2-3 hours. Add sesame oil and light soya sauce to taste.


(Vegetarian)
1. Black sugar canes
2. Sweet corns
3. Carrots

Cut ingredients into smaller pieces. Bring water to boil and simmer for 1-2 hours.
